If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the un-opened product post-marked within 7 days of receipt. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. If you purchased a product from us and are unhappy with it, we will credit the original purchase price to your next order. To be eligible for this credit, you must return the product to us unopened, with tamper seal unbroken, and with your purchase receipt. All other sales are final. We are unable to provide any other refunds or exchanges at this time. Shipping: We will ship your accepted order to you at the address you provide when making the order. You will be responsible for all associated shipping & handling charges. While we agree to use reasonable efforts to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided online, we shall not be responsible for any delays in shipments, nor for any third-party carrier delays that are beyond our control. Each order is processed the following day it was placed. All orders only leave the factory Monday - Wednesday to prevent melting.
